Overview

This online course provides an overview of how to develop an energy management project within your organisation. You will learn how to identify what help you may require from internal and external resources, such as energy consultants, advisors and suppliers, as well as assess the financial potential of any revenue or capital expenditure project.

You will also develop an understanding of how to explore what resources are available to help plan and finance expenditure related projects, and how to overcome financial and human barriers to change. Finally, you will also learn how to prepare a project specification that highlights all of the relevant parameters, reduces risk and increases understanding for all stakeholders.
